The Company
The Equity Release market is growing quickly and caters for those homeowners aged at least 55, who wish to see if they could raise capital from their homes, to generate a lump sum or a regular income.
In early 2005 we identified an opportunity to launch a National facility that would provide an unequalled level of service and skill to both clients and their professional advisers in this highly specialist market. We wanted to give peace of mind and clarity in a world so often filled with confusion. So clients could feel comfortable in the knowledge they have recieved Independent and full advice from across the many schemes available to them.
By working with Solicitors, Financial Advisers and Mortgage Brokers we have created a National Network of Introducers who can, with total confidence, pass their clients to us so we can guide them in all aspects including state benefits overview, other options of raising capital or income and the choices of schemes available. We will ensure all our clients understand every aspect and choices open to them before they decide their preferred route.
We are also building a National Network of Franchisees who can deliver our vision to customers locally, offering the same high standards of excellence.
Each Franchisee will undergo ongoing training and personal development to ensure when it comes to Equity Release....you will turn to Equity Advice.
